Empty ink cartridges can be refilled up to 10 times (1) using modern techniques. The procedure is to repeat the original production process. After a minimal modification to the empty cartridge, the printhead nozzle will be cleaned using a special solution in an ultrasound tub and then re-filled in vacuum conditions(2). In this manner the same chamber pressure as in the original can be achieved(2).

PatroneQuality control will initially take place electronically. After the filling process it will be performed a second time, this time using a computer program specially designed for cartridge testing. This takes place using a print test in the respective printer. Only then will the cartridge be paked in a reusable wrapping, serving incidentally as shipping package, and sent. Patrone

The rapid technological evolution of ink cartridges leads to an increasing demand. This is one reason to develop fluorescent ink-jet ink for special applications. These inks are identical with the ones used in the fluorescent highlighters and are perfect for emphasizing statistics, ads, business cards and so on. The following colors are available: yellow, yellowish-green, green and light blue. Furthermore, an invisible “blue inkjet ink” used for invisible marks or text on paper is also available. Characters writen using this ink will become visible when exposed to ultraviolet light.(3)

Up to 95% of cartridges marked as empty may be reused. Therefore we offer a refill service that, according to recent research, guarantees the customer a high grade recycled product which shows no reduction in quality compared to the original product. Apart from the standard products we can also deliver special ribbon and toner cartridges with 200% holding capacity and ink cartridges filled with special colors. With minimal effort you can save some money and, at the same time, do something for the environment.

When the ribbon is removed from the old ribbon cartridge, the new material is threaded in the casing and the ribbon welded in at the same time.

carOptionally can the Amort company fill 12,7 mm cartridges (i.e. the Epson LQ 800 resp. LQ 1000 series, NEC P 60/70, etc.) with various colored fabrics. The user can therefore chose between magenta, blue, red or other colors. Cartridges used for printing in the textile industry are imbued with waterproof ink. The print is still visible after 5 chemical cleaning processes (ISO). Cartridges with polychromatic ribbons can also be recycled.

Cartridges from copy machines and laser printers are also recycled. For reasons of quality will the OPC be replaced with a long life OPC.

For certain products we switch the the toner reservoir with a larger tank. This way we can increase the print quantity up to 200% without lowering the quality. Thanks to this technology can the consumer save up to 33%. A warranty of at least 6 month will apply to all new refilled resp. rebuilt toner cartridges.
